Massimo takes a hands-on approach to every transaction and stays closely involved from start to finish. He works with sellers on the preparation, presentation, pricing and marketing of their homes, and with buyers on evaluating properties, reviewing disclosures and understanding value. His experience allows him to identify potential issues early, provide clear recommendations and negotiate effectively on his clients’ behalf. Massimo is a Certified Residential Specialist and has spent his entire real estate career at Vanguard Properties. Before entering residential real estate, he worked in urban transportation planning after graduating from San Jose State University, an early professional experience that helped shape his understanding of development, neighborhoods, and the built environment.
A homeowner in Liberty Hill, Massimo has deep roots in the neighborhood. He is a longtime supporter of organizations including the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Human Right Campaign, Alzheimer’s Association and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Outside of real estate, he is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring San Francisco with his partner.
